Homecoming and Family Weekend Event

Dickinson alumni and families are invited to join Trout Gallery Interns and Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies students in informal discussions about works of art on view at The Trout Gallery. Participants will experience two exhibitions featuring works by groundbreaking women artists: Girl in Slacks: Women Artists from the Reading Public Museum and The Legacy of Two Centuries of Black American Art

Learn how students interpret artworks from a variety of perspectives drawn from their different academic studies, their experiences teaching in the community, and their conversations with peers. This is a drop-in event; visitors may choose how long they visit.  Pre-registration through the Homecoming and Family Weekend site is encouraged.
